You may return items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging within
60 days of delivery.

By law, all items with a crotch lining cannot be returned once they have been worn. The
return of any packaged underwear, shapewear and hosiery will be refused if the
packaging has been opened. We suggest you try on any unpackaged items with crotch
linings over your own underwear. However, bras may be tried on as long as all tags are
kept intact and they are free of any signs of wear.
